Shipping policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Tbcreation ships only to France and the EU zone. Standard Shipping is Free of charge (3–4 business days).

Delivery to France and EU zone within 14 days. If the order is delayed by more than 10 days, the customer will benefit from either a 3% discount on the next purchase or the possibility of canceling their order. In mainland France  delivery is free from €700 .

Unfortunately, we do not ship to regions such as:
American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.

In case of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, military actions, epidemics, strikes, and other events beyond our control, delivery times may be extended. We will do our best to promptly inform customers of any delays.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Prices listed on our website are inclusive of French VAT. All fees imposed during or after shipping to other regions (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

DISCLAIMER:
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned intact to Tbcreation due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Refund will be made for the item minus the shipping cost.

DAMAGES
Tbcreation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at:

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling, ONLY if the order has been canceled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds, or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. After checkout, if you make a mistake or change your mind, you have 30 minutes to cancel the order.
